Leaving soon!

Its crazy to think that I am leaving  for Palau in a little over two weeks. Out team has done a lot to prepare for this adventure such as practicing our testimonies, creating sermons, practicing worship sets and creating little skits to preform. It all doesnt seem real that im going to this little island where I know no one for eight weeks! I know its going to be a life changing time in my life and I truly can't wait. Last week our lecture phase was about team unity and breaking off anything that was holding us back. We were with our outreach teams all that week and got to grow stronger as a whole. We got to break off passivity, unbelief and fear, and also bond as a team. This was a great week and really pumped everyone up to head out in the nations.
This weekend was also quite an adventure because mr. and my friend sarah hitchhiked to Hilo, which is about 100 miles from kona. We knew it was going to be scary and people doubted that we were going to make it, but we trusted in God and he provided us with great people to pick us up and we made it there safely. While in Hilo sarah and I stayed with her friend who lives there and he took us to a beautiful waterfall that was about five minutes from his house. The only way to get to the waterfall though was to swim (or float as we did), to it. We got some blow up floaties and floated to the waterfall and it was almost like I was in a movie because of the beauty.
This week my best friend carli is coming to visit and I cant wait!
Like always please keep praying as the time is getting closer for us to leave and thanks to anyone who has financially supported me on this journey!
These pictures are of the waterfall and a jungle I saw while hitchhiking!
